Veronica M. Herrera

Veronica Herrera has been in the accounting and tax business since 1997 and practices in her childhood hometown of South San Francisco, California.Veronica and her staff primarily specialize in tax returns for individuals, businesses, corporations, trusts, and performs accounting and payroll services.

 

She has worked for Mr. Gabriel Barras, C.P.A. since receiving her degree in accounting and her license as an enrolled agent. Mr. Barras mentored Veronica in both business and client relationships. He was in practice for more than 40 years and many of Veronica's clients have been with Mr. Barras for multiple generations.

 

Veronica acquired the business in 2016 from Mr. Barras due to his retirement although he continues to retain an office with her and is continuing to be a valuable business consultant.Since taking over the business, Veronica has retained 90% of Mr. Barras' past clients while acquiring new clients as well.

 

As a bilingual, Latina woman, Veronica can assist those who need help in preparing tax returns. Her clients know she has the most current information on tax laws and she provides them with best practices for all their financial needs. She is confident that her proven background and capabilities, coupled with that of her current staff, will serve to grow her practice for years to come.
